Background

I’m a first-generation immigrant born in Poland, raised in Kuwait, and now rooted in Atlanta, where I’ve built a life with my husband and raised two sons. Growing up immersed in diverse cultures and languages shaped my adaptability, curiosity, and appreciation for inclusivity—qualities I’ve carried into my professional journey.

Over my career, I’ve worked in various environments from agencies, startups, and global giants like IBM and at the forefront of key transformations in technology, user-centered design, and ways of working. I even founded a design studio, Blender, a period of immense growth, creativity, and experimentation.

I grew from a product designer hand-crafting award-winning experiences to building and leading multidisciplinary teams in product design strategy and innovation. For the past decade at The Weather Company, I built a 22-person design practice, spearheaded three impactful product redesigns, and led teams through transformative transitions, including acquisitions and restructuring.

I’m a collaborative, empathetic, and visionary leader who thrives at the intersection of craft, strategy, and business. I’m excited to continue my career journey. I’m actively seeking a design leadership role at a mission-driven, product-minded, and human-centered organization dedicated to improving the human experience.
